Bandits' Grill & Bar

This was designed by Horn and Partners Architecture and is located in Cottonwood Heights, UT. This project is a 6725 square foot single-story restaurant building.

Granger Medical Building

This was designed by PRW Architecture and is located in West Jordan, UT. This project is a two-story, wood-framed medical office building approximately 30,000 square feet in size. The primary gravity system is wood-bearing walls, steel columns, beams with wood floor joists, and wood roof trusses. The primary lateral system consists of wood shearwalls and ordinary steel moment frames.

Hyatt House

This was contracted by Nichols-Naylor Architects and is located in Pleasant Grove, UT. This hotel consists of a four-story, wood-framed design.
