This project is a mixed-use re-development of the old Granite Furniture building on McClelland Street.
MJSE had a scope on this project that consisted exclusively of the design of the post-tensioned concrete decks. The “PT decks” include 2 below grade suspended parking levels.  The below grade parking levels are approximately 73,000 sq. ft. per floor. The remainder of the below-grade parking lid includes exterior sidewalks, such that the retail-level suspended slab is also approximately 73,000 square feet.
